Case Study - The Yard The Yard has been associated with WL for many years. For the last four years it has been a client and benefited from their expertise in areas such as: raising annual funds from Trusts and Foundations for specific projects or equipment and for general running costs relying on their knowledge of large funding organisations like The National Lottery Community Fund, Children in Need or Comic Relief to ensure that applications were thorough and appropriate utilising their up to date information regarding new Scottish Executive and Local Authority initiatives and then assisting in applying for specific or long-term projects within those WL has helped assure the financial foundation for The Yard by laying down realistic fundraising targets and using more strategic building blocks in long-term planning and three-year funding programmes.
