WL Staff Winning Leishman's two directors have over 30 years' experience between them as professional fundraisers. They have gained a reputation for providing a personal service as well as professional expertise. Fiona Leishman Fiona has worked as a professional fundraiser in the voluntary sector and the arts since 1989 and has been involved in raising funds for both capital and revenue projects. Prior to becoming a consultant she most recently worked with The Royal Lyceum Theatre Company, The Big Issue in Scotland and its charity The Big Issue Foundation. Karen Winning
Karen has also worked as a professional fundraiser in the voluntary sector and the arts since 1989 and has been involved in raising funds for both
capital and revenue projects. Prior to becoming a consultant she worked with The Traverse Theatre, The Princes Trusts in Scotland and The Scottish Museums Council. Karen is also a
member of an independent panel of consultants for the Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland's Capacity Building Grants Scheme.
In addition the company also employ a Fundraising Manager, and an
Administrator/Researcher. Muriel Culbertson Muriel is the Administrator and Researcher in the team. Muriel organises the Winning Leishman consultants on a day to day basis and is responsible for extensive on-going research into the corporate and trust sectors. Margaret Dignan Margaret is the team's secretary and also assists Muriel with on-going research into prospective funders. Winning Leishman also have access to a reliable network of additional specialist staff. |
